Seconds have minor flaws but are still functional. As such, they are slightly discounted.

Flaw: This vase has some spots of glaze on the exterior that have "pitted" / pin-holed or left bare clay . This flaw is solely an aesthetic one.

Please note that ceramic items holding water (cups, vases, carafes, etc.) should not be left on porous surfaces (like wood tables or shelves) for extended periods of time without protection underneath them as condensation / moisture will likely transfer. This will result in damage to the surfaces below the item.

I recommend placing a book or other item that can absorb moisture underneath a vase, for example.
